A Perry man was arrested Tuesday by officers of the Perry Police Department on a warrant for third-degree sexual abuse-forcible rape.
Damon Lee Dillinger, 18, of Perry is being held in the Dallas County Jail awaiting an initial appearance Wednesday at 9 a.m.
According to court records, the alleged crime occurred March 25, 2019.
No spokesperson for the Perry Police Department was available for comment on the circumstances leading to the arrest.
*A criminal charge is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
