- Elmo Johnson, 32, of 2434 Guenever Court, Altoona, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving while suspended.
- Chowng Wong, 28, of 1117 Second St., Perry, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving while barred.
- Officers received a report of harassment in the 500 block of Third Street. The case is under investigation.
- A 2016 Kia, registered to Gerald Dean Johnson of 2630 Warford St., Perry, and driven by Stephanie Marie Johnson of 2630 Warford St., Perry, collided with a 2010 Nissan Altima, registered to Rafael Avila Hernandez of 1820 Southgate Dr., Perry, and driven by Rafael Cerna Avila Jr. of 1820 Southgate Dr., Perry, on Iowa Highway 141 near Eighth Street. No injuries were reported. Unknown damages at time of report.
- Officers received a report of harassment in the 700 block of 26th Street. The officers were unable to locate the other half of the incident. The case is under investigation.
