- Holly Emily Marie Stone, 27, of 203 Eighth St. S.W., Dayton, was arrested on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of controlled substance-methamphetamine.
- Conner J. McChesney, 26, of 2024 Fourth St., Perry, was arrested on charges of first-offense possession of a controlled substance-marijuana, third-offense possession of a controlled substance-methamphetamine and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.
