- Lori Ann Avis, 63, of 1001 W. Fifth St., Perry, was arrested on a charge of driving under suspension.

- Billy Dean Devilbiss, 40, of 204 Lucinda St., Perry, was arrested on a Dallas County warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving while barred.
- Angel Martin Ibarra, 26, of 2406 Evelyn St., Perry, was arrested on a Guthrie County warrant for stalking and violation of a protective order.
