- Ricardo Samuel Alanis Cezares, 18, 401 W. Second St., Perry, was arrested on a Dallas County warrant on a charge of failure to appear on an original Charge of fifth-degree theft. Cezares was also arrested on a local charge of fifth-degree theft.
