- Cory Brian Frahm, 36, 915 W. Second St., Perry, was arrested on a charge of driving under suspension.
- John Angel Parra, 32, 730 William St., Perry, was arrested on a Perry warrant on an original charge of first-offense domestic assault injury or mental illness and on two Dallas County warrants on charges of failure to appear on an original charge of possession of marijuana and failure to appear on original charges of possession of marijuana and first-offense OWI. Parra was further charged at the time of the arrest with possession of marijuana.

- Chowng Tyng Wong, 21, 2284 E Ave., Perry, was arrested on Dallas County warrants on charges of failure to appear on original charges four counts of forgery and four counts of fourth-degree theft and a charge of possession of methamphetamine.
