- Received a report of a possible theft in the 800 block of William Street. The case is under investigation.

- Officers responded to the 1300 block of Ninth Street on a report of criminal mischief involving possible damage to tires.
- Jerry Hanson, 81, of 2725 Summer Meadows Dr., Perry, was arrested on a charge of third-degree theft.
- The Perry Police Department received a report of criminal mischief in the 1100 block of Second Street. The case is under investigation.
December 24, 2019
- Michael Douglas Schaeffer, 27, of 1803 Oak Ave, Guthrie Center, was arrested on a Guthrie County warrant for OWI and probation violation on an original charge of possession of a controlled substance-marijuana and on a local charge of interference with official acts.
- Officers responded to the 1800 block of Fifth Street on a report of a domestic disturbance. Parties separated for the night
- Tia Marie Dereus, 26, of 2304 Hull Ave., Des Moines, was arrested on charges of attempted third-degree burglary and unlawful possession of a prescription drug.
- Tracie Lynn Sease, 48, of 2304 Hull Ave., Des Moines, was arrested on charges of attempted third-degree burglary and unlawful possession of a prescription drug.
