  • A caller said two dogs were running at large. An officer responded.
  • An officer of the Perry Police Department assisted a Dallas County Deputy Sheriff who was “attempting to make contact with” someone.
  • An officer of the Perry Police Department conducted DARE classes at the Perry Elementary School.
  • A caller said a dog was running at large. An officer responded.
  • A caller reported an erratic driver. An officer responded.
  • A caller “reported a suspicious person looking around the empty mailboxes.” An officer responded but did not find anyone suspicious.
  • A caller reported “people who keep coming to knock on the door, and she was tired of them doing so.” An officer responded.
  • A caller said “she could hear yelling and things being knocked around in the apartment below her.” The caller said “she was not sure what was going on.” Officers responded, and the area was “found to be quiet.” The officers made contact with the people in the lower apartment, who said “their child had been playing while they ate supper. Everything appeared to be okay.”
  • An officer of the Perry Police Department assisted a Dallas County Deputy Sheriff who “requested backup on a traffic stop.”

*A criminal charge is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
