- A caller said she was assaulted by someone’s “girlfriend. She was kicked on the chest and threatened by her.” An officer responded.
- A caller said a man “stood outside his apartment door, staring at him and his daughter.” An officer responded.
- A caller said “his ex has come to his apartment and attempted to break in, using a drill.” An officer responded.
- A Perry Police Department Officer taught a DARE class at the Perry Elementary School.
- A caller said his dog was lost.
- Jordan Ray Pohl of 1411 Fourh St., Perry, was issued a citation for unlawful passing of a school bus.
- An employee at a local gas station reported a gas drive off in the amount of $41.41. An officer responded but did not find the vehicle.
- A patrolling officer of the Perry Police Department was stopped by a citizen, who said “she was bitten by a dog while riding a bike” in Boone County. The officer responded and provided the telephone number of the Boone County Sheriff’s office.
- A caller said that “while dating” someone, he “allowed her to run a couple of checks through his account” and “has since learned her account is closed.” An officer responded.
- A caller reported “a large white cow” running at large along Iowa Highway 141 west of Perry. An officer responded but did not find the large white cow.

- Tiara Dawn Stanek, 24, 1306 1/2 Second St., #1, Perry, was arrested on a Dallas County warrant for probation violation on an original charge of unlawful possession of prescription drugs.
