Feb. 8, 2024
- A 2006 Toyota Corolla, registered to and driven by Michael Duane Hilsenbeck of 107 First St., Rippey, collided with a 2014 Ford Focus, registered to Comes Investments Inc. of 2045 Grand Ave., West Des Moines, and driven by Timothy Eugene Cleghorn of 306 Howard St., Rippey, near the intersection of Willis Avenue and 14th Street. No injuries were reported Damage was estimated at $1,250.
- Officers received a report of harassment in the 500 block of Willis Avenue. Spoke to parties involved,
- Logan Luverne Robb, 32, of 405 W. First St., Bouton, was arrested on charges of third-offense OWI and second-offense possession of a controlled substance-marijuana.
Feb. 10, 2024
- A 2004 Ford Free Star van, registered to Lawrence Franklin Carlton of 1718 North St., Perry, and legally parked in the area of Eighth and North streets was struck by an unknown vehicle. The case is under investigation.
Feb. 11, 2024
- Ian Hunter Giese, 25, of 311 Elm St., Beacon, Iowa, was arrested on a charge of first-offense OWI.
- Klu Htoo, 32, of 2514 Perry Park Ave., Perry, was arrested on a charge of driving under suspension.
- Joshua Abraham Solano, 29, of 18355 180th Lane, Perry, was arrested on a Jasper County warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving under suspension.
