  • A caller said “there was a male outside of her door who kept knocking. She wanted him gone.” Officers responded.
  • A bus driver for the Perry Community School District entered the offices of the Perry Police Department at 908 Willis Ave. in order to report a school bus violation.
  • A caller said “he saw a female walking a pit bull, and it did not have a leash on.” An officer responded but did not find the female with the loose dog.
  • A man entered the offices of the Perry Police Department at 908 Willis Ave. and asked to speak with an officer about “his daughter being cyber bullied.”
  • A caller requested assistance with a mentally disturbed person. Officers responded.
  • A caller said “she is being harassed” by someone who “walks past her house on the street.” The caller said :she has had issues with” the person “since a dog incident in the summer, and she feels he shouldn’t walk by” because “he yells profanities at her, and these actions shouldn’t happen.” An officer responded but was unable to make contact with the harasser.
  • A caller said “someone has been using their Visa credit card to make purchases of gasoline and other items” at a local retail store, and “cash withdrawals have been made at” a local bank. An officer responded.
  • Angela Sue Long, 54, 2115 First Ave., Perry, was arrested on a charge of second-offense domestic abuse assault.

*A criminal charge is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
