- Aloys Rugazura, 25, of 1805 W. Fourth St., Perry, was arrested on a charge of first-offense domestic abuse assault-bodily injury or mental illness.
- Officers responded to a report of criminal mischief to a vehicle in the 1000 block of Otley Avenue. Damages were estimated at $250.
- Officers responded to a report of a bicycle theft in the 1700 block of Vine Street. The loss was estimated at $150.
