- Lucas Breck Main, 39, of 386 N.W. Valley View Dr., Grimes, was arrested on a charge of first-offense OWI.
- Julio Adrian Ruiz, 18, of 1421 Fifth St., Perry, was arrested on charges of first-offense domestic abuse assault and assault causing bodily injury.
