- A 17-year-old male from Des Moines was arrested on a charge of fifth-degree theft.
- Officer responded to a report of theft in the 300 block of Warford Street. A wallet was reported lost containing about $800.
- Samuel John Dunbar, 42, of 1024 14th St., Perry, was arrested on a charge of driving under suspension.
- Arturo Joe Estrada, 66, of 1617 Second St., Perry, was arrested on a charge of second-offense OWI.

- Officers responded to a report of assault in the 1200 block of 18th Street. The case is under investigation.
