- David Wayne Goldsberry Jr., 32, of Adel, was arrested on charges of third-offense OWI, driving while barred and two counts of driving while suspended. He was also issued a citation for open container.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
