- A 2014 Ford F150 pickup, registered to and driven by Quincee Riggs Altman of 308 E. First St., Woodward, was traveling northbound on First Avenue and was yielding to oncoming traffic before turning westward onto Park Drive in the Northgate Estates. A 2005 Chevrolet Express, registered to Hometown Variety Inc. of 104 N. Wilson Ave. in Jefferson and driven by Kyle Sidney Wright, 21, of 2669 Grandview Ave., Des Moines, was also traveling northbound and was stopped behind Altman’s vehicle when a 2009 Chevrolet Traverse, registered to Tickcha Imagaly Jaimes of 104 N. Cedar St. in Jefferson and driven by Conrado Ottoniel Diaz Jaimes, 14, of 104 N. Cedar St., Jefferson, was traveling northbound and struck the rear of Wright’s vehicle, pushing it into Altman’s vehicle. No injuries were reported. Damages were estimated at $1,300. Jaimes was issued a citation for failure to stop in assured clear distance and violation of a minors restricted license.
- Veronica May Bouska, 23, of 1919 Willis Ave., Perry, was arrested on a Dallas County warrant for failure to appear on an original charge first-offense domestic abuse assault.
- Anthony James Parnell, 23, of 1306 11th St., Perry, was arrested on a Dallas County warrant for failure to appear on an original charge interference with official acts.
- Roel De Jesus Ciriaco, 19, of 15310 Boston Parkway, Clive, was arrested on a charge of driving while suspended.
