June 24, 2019

  • A 2004 Chrysler 4D, registered to and driven by Dan Stout of 1309 W. Second St., Perry, collided with a 2015 Chevrolet Impala, registered to and driven by David Battani of 508 Cedar St., Woodward. Stout was issued a citation for failure to yield upon entering.
  • Officers responded to the 200 block of Pattee Street on a report of harassment.
  • The Perry Police Department received a report of vandalism in the 1000 block of SecondĀ  Street. A window was reported broken.

June 25, 2019

  • Officers responded to the 1800 block of Fifth Street on a report of theft from a garden shed. The total losses were unknown.
  • Officers responded to the 2500 block of Perry Park Avenue on a report of theft of a cell phone by an acquaintance.
  • Cristian Banuelos, 20, of Perry was arrested on a U.S. Postal Inspection warrant for conspiracy to distribute a controlled substance-methamphetamine.
  • Officers responded to the 1900 block of Warford Street on a report of harassment.
  • Officers responded to the 1700 block of Vine Street on a report of a domestic. The dispute was verbal only.

June 26, 2018

  • Officers responded to the 1600 block of Willis Avenue on a report of possible credit card fraud.
  • Crystal Maris Garnett, 36, 1403 Seventh St., Perry, was arrested on an charge of driving under suspension.
  • Officers responded to the storage units on W. Third Street on a report of damage and property-line issues with neighbor.

June 27, 2019

  • Officers responded to a report of a motorcycle accident. Officers learned the cyclist and property were fine. No report was taken.
  • Officers responded to the 2200 block of Otley Avenue on a report of vandalism. Damage to a door was reported.
  • Officers responded to the 1200 block of Willis Avenue on a burglar alarm. Everything was found to be secure.
  • Nohemi Jimenez-Guevara, 42, of 2801 First Ave., Perry, was arrested on a charge of driving under suspension.
