March 1, 2022
- Officers received a report of criminal mischief in the 2800 block of First Avenue. Damages were estimated at $1,400 and $1,600.
- Julio Cesar Riquelme Ibarra, 20, of 1615 Second St., Perry, was arrested on charges of first-offense OWI, possession of drug paraphernalia and first-offense possession of a controlled substance-marijuana.
March 2, 2022
- A 16-year-old male from Perry was arrested in the 1300 block of First Avenue on charges of fifth-degree theft and underage possession of alcohol.
- Officers received a report of theft in the 1200 block of 18th Street. The case is under investigation.
March 3, 2022
- Luis Japa Arratea, 38, of 2602 Marengo Dr., Perry, was arrested on a charge of domestic abuse assault with bodily injury.
