- Officers responded to a report of a burglary in the 1900 block of Evelyn Street. The case under investigation.
March 7, 2020
- Officers responded to a report of an attempted burglary in the 2500 block of McKinley Street. It is unknown whether entry was gained. Nothing was reported missing.
March 8
- A 2016 Chrysler, registered to and driven by Nelson Lawrence, 24, of 1412 Evelyn St., Perry, collided with a 2015 Honda, registered to and driven by Antonia Ibarra Amador of 2801 First Ave., Perry. Lawrence was arrested on a charge of first-offense OWI.
- Officers responded to a report of a vehicle broken into and the theft of coins in the 800 block of North Street.
- Officers responded to a report of criminal mischief in the area of Fifth and Iowa streets. Eggs were thrown at the caller’s vehicle.
- Officers responded to a report of criminal mischief in the 1400 block of W. Ninth Street. The vehicle was egged.
March 9, 2020
- Officers located criminal mischief to a vehicle in the 1200 block of W. Second Street. The rear window was broken.
