- Crystal Jolene Elston, 44, of 410 W. Second St., Woodward, was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance-methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Nicoholas John Willenborg, 43, of 6781 Sunset Terrace, Windsor Heights, was arrested on a charge of driving under suspension.
- Matthew James Casey, 39, of 501 W. Fifth St., Madrid, was arrested on a Dallas County warrant for fifth-degree theft.
- A 2015 Ford F250, registered to and driven by Craig Alan Nelson of 21290 Northcrest Ave., Minburn, struck a large concrete flower bed in the 1200 block of First Avenue. Minor injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $5,500.
