  • A caller said “she noticed someone on a wheelchair near Iowa Highway 141 and 18th Street going eastbound, and it looked like they were struggling.” An officer responded.
  • A Perry Community School District bus driver reported a school bus violation. An officer responded.
  • A woman entered the offices of the Perry Police Department at 908 Willis Ave. and “requested an officer to go with her to grab her belongings.” An officer responded and stood by.
  • Sandra Evelyn Garcia Villalobos, 908 Third St., Perry, was issued a citation for first-offense neglect and first-offense tethering.
  • A caller said a man “was intoxicated and should not be driving.” Officers responded but did not find the drunk driver.
  • A man entered the offices of the Perry Police Department at 908 Willis Ave. and said “his girlfriend is having some issues and won’t leave him alone.” An officer responded.
  • A caller said “she was at a funeral, and her vehicle was sideswiped.” An officer responded.
  • A caller said she “found some pills in a back room of her house.” An officer responded.
  • Angel Lynn Killswat of Perry was issued a citation for first-offense open burning.

May 3, 2017

  • A caller said his dog was lost. The caller later called again and said his dog was found.
