- A caller said her cat was lost.
- A caller said a dog was running at large. An officer responded but did not find the dog.
- Callers reported flooding at several places around Perry about 7 p.m.
- A caller said “there was an opossum with babies on her back trying to make entry into her basement.” The caller called again and said someone was able to “capture the opossum and relocate it and its babies out of town.”
- A caller said “he hit a manhole” and “possibly caused damage to his” vehicle. An officer responded, “replaced the manhole cover” and notified the Perry Public Works Department.
- Larry Lee Nichols, 58, 2409 Taft St., Perry, was rrested on a charge of OWI.
May 4, 2018
- A caller said “he was bitten by mosquitos, and now his ring fingers are swelling up,” and “he’s in a lot of pain.” The Perry First Responders were paged.
