- Officers responded to the 1200 block of 16th Street on a report of criminal mischief.
- Officers responded to the 1700 block of Sixth Street on a report of a burglary.
- Officers responded to the 400 block of Third Street on a report of criminal mischief.
- A 2013 black Toyota Scion, registered to and driven by Omar Ruedas, 1224 Fifth St., Perry, collided with a 2009 black Dodge Journey, registered to Luis Mario Hernandez, 1718 Fourth St., Perry, driven by Rosa Martinez Torres, 1704 Sixth St., Perry. No other information was available at the time of release.

- A 16-year-old male was arrested on a charge of assault causing bodily injury.
