November 21, 2019
- Received two complaints of attempted fraud by callers asking for personal information and claiming to be from the Social Security Administration.
- A 2004 semi-tractor trailer, registered to Jet trucking of Johnston and driven by Omar Noor, 1414 E. Ninth St., Des Moines, knocked over a stop sign at Second and Estella streets. Damage was estimated at $200.
- Officers received a report of a suspicious person in the 600 block of First Avenue. The incident happened on the evening prior to the time of report.
- Officers received a report of harassment in the 1200 block of Second Street.
November 22, 2019
- Douglas Kent Mcley, 36, of Bouton was arrested on charges of driving while barred and possession of drug paraphernalia.
