- A 2017 Chevrolet Silverado 1500, operated by Fernando Ruiz-Rivas, collided with a 2001 Chevrolet Silverado 1500, operated by David Norgart. Damage to Ruiz-Rivas’ vehicle was estimated at $1,800, and damage to Norgart’s vehicle was estimated at $600. Norgart was issued a citation for failure to obey stop sign and yield right of way and fraudulent use of registration.
