- Scotty Lee Hays, 29, of 1408 W. Second St., Perry, was arrested on a Dallas County warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of domestic abuse assault.

- Officers responded to the 1100 block of Pattee Street on a report of suspicious noise. The noisy individuals were located.
