October 25, 2021

  • Officers received a report of criminal mischief in the 1200 block of 18th Street.
  • Officers received a report of theft in the 1500 block of 18th Street. The loss was estimated at $500.
  • Officers received a report of damage to a vehicle in the 1600 block of Fourth Street. The vehicle was apparently struck while parked in the street. The case is under investigation.

October 26, 2021

  • Mark Edward Dugan, 42, of 1819 Sixth St., Perry, was arrested on a Webster County warrant for Webster County for voluntary absence from custody, multiple traffic offenses, and eluding.
  • Officers responded to a report of criminal mischief in the 1700 block of Warford Street. Damage was done to the to the driveway. The case is under investigation.
  • A 12-year-old female from Perry was arrested in the 1800 block of Willis Avenue on charges of assault and interference with official acts.

October 27, 2021

  • Jerry Lavern Miller, 68, of 822 Wiliam St., Perry, was arrested on a charge of third or subsequent offense domestic abuse assault.
  • Officers responded to a report of a domestic situation the 3300 block of McKinley Street. The dispute was verbal only.

*A criminal charge is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
