October 25, 2019
- A 2002 Gray Honda SUV, registered to and driven by Robert E. Peterson of 1201 30th St., Perry, collided at W. Fourth and Warford streets with a 2003 Toyota Camry, registered to and driven by Daniel R. Davis of 1311 First Ave., Perry. Peterson was issued a citation for failure to obey yield sign.
- Officers responded to the 1200 block of 18 th Street on a report of an assault.
- Officers responded to the 1200 block of 18th Street on a report of a fight in progress. Everything was calm upon officers arrival.
- Justin Lee Gilliland, 33, of Des Moines was arrested on charges of public intoxication, interference with official acts and harassment.

- Officers responded to the 1300 block of First Avenue on a report of a gas drive off.
October 27, 2019
- Megan Janae Tingwald, 44, of 1708 Otley Ave., Perry, was arrested on a Dallas County warrant for probation violation on an original charge of possession of a controlled substance.
