September 25, 2019
- A citizen came into the lobby at the Perry Police Department and said he was concerned about a phone call he received. He said he was told there was a warrant out for his arrest. These are scam calls, and an officer assured him everything was fine.
- Officers responded to the 1800 block of Warford Street on a report of a bicycle theft.
- Officers responded to the 1600 block of Rawson Street on a complaint of harassment.
September 26, 2019
- Benjamin James Lawson, 37, of 2207 North St., Perry, was arrested on two Perry Police Department warrants for third-degree burglary and first-offense domestic abuse assault.
- Officers responded to a commercial burglar alarm in the 1300 block of Fourth Street. Everything was okay.
