Wednesday evening’s Perry High School Homecoming parade has been cancelled due to inclement weather, the Perry Chamber of Commerce announced Wednesday morning.
The Chamber, which sponsors the parade, said all parade floats that were created can be displayed during the PHS Homecoming football game Friday, Oct. 4 at Dewey Field. For more information, call Matt McDevitt at 515-314-4286.
The PHS Homecoming Community Cookout, planned to follow the parade, has been rescheduled for Friday, Oct. 4 during the Homecoming game. All proceeds from the free-will meal support Perry school activities.
