Robert “Bob” Sheehy, 66, of Perry passed away Monday, March 28, 2022, in Perry, Iowa, after a brief battle with cancer. No services are planned at this time.
Robert “Bob” James Sheehy was born July 24, 1955, in Perry, Iowa, to Bernard and Helen (Lynch) Sheehy.
He graduated from YJB schools and was united in marriage to Tracey Kay Gordon at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Perry April 30, 1988.
Bob worked for the Union Pacific Railroad as a conductor and later as a locomotive engineer.
In death he rejoins his parents, Bernard and Helen Sheehy; his brothers, Jerald (Jerry) Sheehy, John Sheehy, Leo Sheehy and Vincent Sheehy; and sister, Bernadette (Bernie) Sheehy Delp.
Left to cherish Bob’s memory are his wife, Tracey Sheehy; his children, Casey and wife, Rebecca Sheehy, Caitlyn Sheehy and MacKenzie Sheehy; his siblings, Paul and wife, Connie Sheehy, Lowell Sheehy, Mary and husband, Dennis Furrow, Margaret and husband, Jon Wilson, Martha and husband, Ben Williamson and Eugene Sheehy; other relatives; and friends.
