Ramona “Fern” Belden, 83, of Polk City passed away Thursday, March 10, 2016, at Mercy Hospice in Johnston, Iowa.
Funeral services will be held Monday, March 14 at 10 a.m. at the Carris Family Funeral Home in Perry. Visitation will be Sunday, March 13 at the Carris Family Funeral Home from 1-6 p.m., with family present from 4-6 p.m. Burial will be in the Elmwood Cemetery at Minburn.

Fern is survived by her daughters, Gail (Jim) Seeman of Woodward, Cheryl (Jeff) Kenyon of Perry and Beth (Mark) Erb of Minburn; son, Rod (Kelli) Belden of Madrid; 11 grandchildren; and 23 great-grandchildren.
