Funeral services for Ruben Casas, 55, of Melcher Dallas and formerly of Perry will be held at 5 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 11 at the Hastings Funeral Home in Perry, with visitation one hour prior to the service.
Ruben died Dec. 8, 2021, at the Iowa Lutheran Hospital in Des Moines, Iowa.
Ruben is survived by his mother, Rita Bolivar of Streamwood, Illinois; daughter, Nohemi Huerta of Chicago; grandsons, Gilberto Junior Diaz and Ivan Diaz; brothers and sisters, Sofia (Daniel) Spencer, Jorge (Macedonia) Casas, Rosalba (Mario) Gonzalez, Jose Casas and Javier (Maria) Casas.
Hastings Funeral Home in Perry is in charge of arrangements.
