Over 150 patrons were treated to an evening of ‘Delightful Dining’ Saturday by the High School Youth Group of St. Patrick’s parish.
The gym at St. Patrick’s Catholic School was decorated in the style of an Italian restaurant, with low lighting and piano accompaniment greeting those attending.
Youth Group members served as hostesses and wait staff and helped in the kitchen as well. Diners could order anything they liked off the menu, with offerings ranging from lobster and octopus to an assortment of steaks and pasta dishes, all featuring a different price.
However, no matter the customer request, all were served a spaghetti dinner, with salad, bread sticks, drink and dessert. Funds raised will be used by the Youth Group for a variety of projects and trips.
