The National Weather Service office in Des Moines issued a tornado watch about 1:30 p.m. Tuesday for Dallas County and all of central Iowa that will remain in effect until 8 p.m.
Funnel clouds were spotted shortly after 1:30 p.m. west of Woodward and south of Dallas Center. Damage was reported at a Waukee automobile dealership.
