The final two weeks before the holiday break will be busy ones for the boys and girls basketball and wrestling teams from Perry, Panorama and Woodward-Granger.
For Perry, both basketball teams will visit Norwalk Tuesday before hosting ADM Friday. The Bluejays will entertain Ogden Saturday (JV starts at 12 p.m.), with a girl/boy set against Winterset slated for Dec. 20. The Bluejay wrestlers will host Fort Dodge St. Edmond and Carroll Thursday before competing in the Waukee Duals Saturday in their final pre-holiday action.
Panorama’s basketball teams visit Madrid Tuesday and Van Meter Friday before entertaining W-G Dec. 20. The Panther matmen host AC/GC, Ogden and Southeast Valley Thursday before traveling to W-G Saturday for the West Central Conference tournament, their final action in December.
W-G’s cage squads are at Ogden Tuesday before hosting Madrid Friday and visiting Panorama Dec. 20 while the Hawk grapplers are at Bondurant-Farrar Thursday before hosting the aforementioned WCC tourney Saturday. A quadrangular at Des Moines Roosevelt on Dec. 22 concludes their December schedule.
