A 17-year-old Perry male was arrested Friday morning after allegedly pulling a gun on his mother.
The boy was charged with intimidation-assault with a dangerous weapon-injure/provoke fear/anger, according to a spokesperson from the Perry Police Department.
The incident occurred about 10:45 a.m. in the 600 block of North Street in Perry, according to public safety radio traffic.
Officers of the Perry Police Department responded and took the suspect into custody at gunpoint.
The young person is held in the Dallas County Jail in advance of an initial appearance in Dallas County Juvenile Court.
