Waukee man arrested for allegedly harassing his mother

Brian Andrew Huckfeldt, 38, of Waukee was arrested Wednesday on charges of fugitive from justice, Disorderly Conduct-Loud and Raucous Noise, Careless Driving, Trespass-damage under $200, third-degree harassment and driving while license denied, suspended, cancelled or revoked.

A Waukee man was arrested Wednesday evening after allegedly screaming at his mother outside her Waukee home.

Brian Andrew Huckfeldt, 38, of 1915 Warrior Lane, Waukee, was charged with being a fugitive from justice, disorderly conduct-loud and raucous noise, careless driving, trespass-damage under $200, third-degree harassment and driving while license denied, suspended, cancelled or revoked.

The incident began about 7:30 p.m. Wednesday in the 2300 S.E. Aster Court in Waukee, where officers of the Waukee Police Department responded to a report of a disturbance.

According to court records, Huckfeltd allegedly “waited near the residence” and “confronted his mother” by “yelling at her in the street.”

The victim told the officers “that she was hoping someone would call 911 to come help her,” according to court records.

Huckfeldt is held in the Dallas County Jail on a $441.25 cash or surety in advance of an initial appearance in Dallas County District Court.

Huckfeldt convicted of assault in May in Dallas County District Court.

*A criminal charge is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
