BOONE — The IHSAA has released the postseason brackets for Classes 1A and 2A, with Woodward-Granger and Panorama both, as expected, making travel plans.
W-G will play host Interstate-35 at 8 p.m. Feb. 13 after the conclusion of a 6:30 p.m. contest between Clarke and the Woodward Academy. The winner of the W-G vs. I-35 will face Central Decatur at 6:30 p.m. Feb. 16 in Van Meter, with the host Bulldogs playing at 8 p.m. against the Clarke vs. Woodward Academy winner. The District 13 Final will be held at Winterset Feb. 21 at 7 p.m. with the Substate 7 Final in Atlantic Feb. 25 at 7 p.m.
Panorama has drawn West Central Valley in the first round in District 15. They will meet Feb. 13 at 6:30 in Lake City, with host South Central Calhoun facing AC/GC at 8 p.m. That winner will battle IKM-Manning at 6:30 p.m. Feb. 16 at Kuemper Catholic, with the host Knights playing the WCV vs. Panorama winner at 8 p.m. Carroll hosts the District 15 Final Feb. 21 at 7 p.m. with the Substate 8 Final to be played Feb. 25 at 7 p.m. in Denison.
