- Danny E. Rumbaugh, 45, of no fixed address was arrested for violation of a protective order when he was found walking south of Woodward on Iowa Highway 210 and taken into custody without incident.
*A criminal charge is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
