Long-vacant storefronts continue to fill up in Perry’s downtown commercial district, with another shopkeeper coming in the spring to 1305 Second St., the former site of Perry Family Dentistry.
Donna Jean Cronk, longtime owner of the Flowers by Donna Jean store on S. Main Street in Woodward, will bring her trade in flowers and gifts to the Perry market. Cronk has been selling flowers in Woodward since 1990 and from her Main Street location since 2005.
According to records, Cronk Properties LLC was formed in January, and the Second Street property was purchased Feb. 1. The 3,400-square-foot building dates to 1917 and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
