- Obell Xavier Vanover, 23, of 23800 170th St., Bouton, was cited and released for driving while suspended and violation of financial liability coverage.
- Jeremy James Beem, 34, of 2318 56th St., Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of third-degree theft.
- Heather Dawn Meggison of 408 W. Buchanan St. in Winterset was traveling westbound toward the intersection of 360th Street and Utica Trail when her vehicle rear ended a vehicle driven by Douglas Albaugh of 25489 360th St. in Van Meter. Albaugh had stopped to wait for a car in front of him that was waiting to turn. No injuries were reported. Damage to Meggison’s car was estimated at $4000 and to Albaugh’s at $4000. Meggison was issued a citation for failure to stop in an assured clear distance.
