The Newbury Living team, managers of the recently opened Hamlin Bell Apartments and Willis Avenue Apartments, visited the McCreary Community Building to deliver this week’s Wednesday Fellowship presentation.

Wednesday Fellowship hostess Marilyn Pentico welcomed the Newbury team of District Manager Sharon Wolfe, Assistant District Manager Mikayla Brobst and Perry On-Site Manager Renae Cole to the weekly luncheon event.

“We still have a few vacancies in the Hamlin Bell,” Wolfe told the fellowship audience of about 30, “and we wanted to take this opportunity to describe some of the great features of our new building.”

The 36-unit Hamlin Bell is open to 55 years of age and older.

The Newbury team will also host this month’s Chamber Coffee Time Friday at 8 a.m. at the Hamlin Bell Apartments at 2023 Willis Ave.

“Come see this beautiful new facility and learn more about the great amenities Newbury Management has to offer,” said Bob Wilson executive director of the Perry Chamber of Commerce. “Our monthly Coffee Time is a great opportunity to share a quick update about your business or event in a stress-free gathering. Light refreshments will be provided.”

An open house at the Hamlin Bell is scheduled for Thursday, May 25 from 3-6 p.m., with tours and refreshments included.

On June 1 the Willis Avenue Apartments at 913 Willis Ave. will be the object of a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 2 p.m. The Newbury team will again be on hand to share refreshments and give tours of the complex.

The Hamlin Bell building contains 36 senior-housing units built on the site of the former Perry Junior High School at 2023 Willis Ave.
