Pegasus TV12 (Mediacom digital 121), located at 1014 Second St. in Perry, will be giving away DVD copies from their library of recorded events Friday from 11 a.m. until 4 p.m.

Perry’s Pegasus Cable Channel 12 held its 20th annual meeting last week, and elections to the groups board of directors were on the agenda.

Three of the two-year board seats were up for grabs, and all were grabbed by incumbents. Returning to the Pegasus board for additional terms were Terry Schnirring, Jon Jamison and Doug Wood.

Rounding out the five-person board of directors are Dan Haymond and Larry Vodenik.

Following the annual meeting, a regular quarterly board meeting was held, with Haymond elected as president of the board, Vodenik vice president, Jamison treasurer and Wood secretary.

Pegasus Channel 12 operates on an annual budget of about $35,000 coming to it from the city of Perry’s utility franchise fee. Keith Knoll is the station’s coordinator.

Perry’s public-access cable television station has video cameras and editing equipment available for use for free by anyone in the Perry School District, provided it is used to make a program to be shown on Pegasus.
