PANORA — The Panorama fall sports teams were introduced Friday, followed by the Panther gridders hosting Ogden for a scrimmage.
Panorama was 8-2 last season, qualifying for the playoffs. They were 41-6 winners in the scrimmage.
Wyatt Clark scored on an 11-yard run, with Dominic Walker booting the PAT for a 7-0 Panther lead in the first quarter.
Ogden answered with a four-yard run to cap the scoring in the first 12 minutes.
Walker split the uprights from 35 yards out for a 10-7 Panther lead in the second period, with Evan Taylor scoring on a 35-yard pass from Walker, who added the PAT to give the hosts a 17-6 halftime lead.
Panorama scored twice in the third, first when Austin Block ran in from 11 yards out and again when Block hit Gavin Godfrey pulled in a 32-yard aerial. A pair of two-point conversions moved the score to 33-6.
German exchange student Malte Lueneberg — who had played some American football in his homeland — capped the score with a two-yard plunge. A two-point conversion made the final score 41-6.
Panorama opens the season Friday against Class 1A state runner-up Grundy Center.
