The fifth annual Dallas County Toddler Fest will be held Saturday, May 5 from 10 a.m. until noon at the Dallas County fairgrounds at the north end of Adel along U.S. Highway 169.

Toddler Fest offers lots of fun for the very young as well as important and helpful information for the adults who love them. The free activities include interaction with costumed characters, friendly farm animals and age-appropriate activities.
Many youth- and family-related agencies and organizations will be present, with giveaways for the little ones.
Parents and guardians can ask questions and pick up literature on topics related to the physical, educational and emotional wellbeing of the whole family. Representatives from clinics, preschools and agencies offering parenting classes will be available.
The Dallas County Sheriff’s office will also be on hand, making free photo IDs for the children.
