- A vehicle driven by Mayra Callsen of Linden was pulling out of a parking spot in the 800 block of U.S. Highway 6 when a vehicle driven by Debra Shull of Adel also pulling out of a parking spot and struck Callsen’s vehicle. No damages were reported.

- Andrew Michael Knode, 29, 409 S. Ninth St., Adel, was arrested for willful injury–causing serious injury.
