An Arkansas woman was charged with harassment Tuesday after allegedly threatening to rape a Waukee woman.
Trisha Marie Pfluger, 40, of 3 Hartfield Lane, Benton, Arkansas, was charged with first-degree harassment.
The incident occurred about 9:15 a.m. Sunday in the 35000 block of Burgundy Circle in Waukee, where the victim allegedly received a phone call from Pfluger in which “Pfluger told the victim she would rape her,” according to court records.
The victim provided a recording of the phone call to the Dallas County Sheriff’s office, which pursued the harassment charge “due to threatening a forcible felony against the victim,” according to court records.
Pfluger was held in the Dallas County Jail in advance of an initial appearance in Dallas County District Court.
