The third annual Bayard Adult Prom will be held Saturday, Feb. 29 at 7 p.m. the Bayard Community Center in Bayard.
Tickets are $15 per person or $25 per couple. Attendees must me 21 in order to enjoy an evening of music and dancing, with a DJ, photographer, cash bar and snacks.
A silent auction will be held from 4-6 p.m. Last year’s Bayard Adult Prom raised more than $4,000, including $1,200 from the silent auction, for the Bayard Volunteer Fire Department and EMS.
All proceeds from this year’s prom will be donated toward construction of a new shelter house at the Southside Park in Bayard, a project the community hopes to accomplish by the fall 2020.
