If you ever ride the along the Raccoon River Valley Trail near Dallas Center, then you have probably seen a man named Stan riding a recumbent bicycle.
Stan is one of Spurgeon Manor’s most popular residents and a very visible presence in the community. His bicycle was stolen off his front patio last Saturday during the rain storms, and the community is trying to restore the bicycle to Stan.
